This was the perfect size for my small dining room. The product looks great, but the material is cheap. [...] The chairs were unstable. However, I am fully satisfied with the overall product. It was worth the price. Even though the material is poor, it does not look cheap! You can fit a family of 5 and still have space.
The delivery was prompt. However, the product was damaged. When I e-mailed customer service, they were prompt in their response and provided several options. I opted for a replacement product and received it within a week. I was very satisfied with this company's service and would recommend them to anyone.

We LOVE this set and it was pretty easy to assemble except for the screws on the front legs of the 3 chairs... for whatever reason it was a little hard to maneuver with the allen wrench to get the screws tightened. But it got done and the set looks fabulous!!!

The box looked like it had been tossed around, partly opened and retaped and dented. I did look at the contents and they seemed okay. As I am moving I have not assembled the table and chairs yet, so it remains to be seen if they are actually okay.

I have very limited space for dining set and this turned out to be absolutely perfect for it! [...] Table is very sturdy, chairs/bench are incredibly comfortable and everything amazes me, especially for the price and given the fact that it was delivered to my door!Really, really happy with this product and with the customer service - would highly recommend both the dining set and the seller :)

I was pretty much satisfied, I put it together myself so I was concerned about it being tight enough it seems ok. The cushions I'm not to comfortable with. The table and bench was a breeze.

Yes, there is assembly. It did not take us but 1 1/2 hours to put together. For furniture to be stable you have to have secure assembly. The hardware they provided was very strong. This set looks very nice and sturdy. The kids love the bench. I would shop from Mercantila again. I was very impressed with Coaster Company furniture.

This is a very nice set to fit in a small spot. It took some time to put together, but nothing unreasonable. Looks very nice in a nook. The only thing is that we were unable to purchase an extra bench, which we would have loved to have.
